Member Services Hours of Operation

From October 1 to March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 to September 30, you can call us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A messaging system is used after hours, weekends and on federal holidays.

Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Plan members, except in emergency situations. Please call our customer service number or see your Evidence of Coverage for more information, including the cost-sharing that applies to out-of-network services. Benefits mentioned may be a part of Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically ill. Not all members will qualify.

Value-Added Items and Services (VAIS) are not plan benefits and are not covered by the plan. Plan enrollees are responsible for all costs.
