Contracting & Certification Instructions
Welcome to Ascension Complete! We are pleased that you would like the opportunity to sell our MA and MAPD plans. Prior to marketing or selling any Ascension Complete Medicare products, you MUST follow each step below to ensure accurate completion and efficient processing of your Agent Agreement.
Becoming a new Agent with Centene to offer our Ascension Complete products is simple! Completing the steps below will ensure you are eligible to market and sell our Medicare Advantage products.
Step 1: Licensing & National Producer Registration
Ensure your License and National Producer Registration is active and up to date in the state(s) in which you intend to market and sell Ascension Complete Medicare Advantage products.
Please note: You must have the required line of authority to proceed.
Step 2: Contracting — Agent Onboarding Process
Follow the instructions below to begin the eContract.
Working with an Upline? Selling Agent – Contact your prospective upline to receive an invitation to contract.
Begin the eContract:
- Click to initiate the onboarding welcome email.
- Enter your first/last name and email and click Submit
- Click into the email hyperlink to go to the onboarding site
- At the login page, enter the username/temporary password provided and click Submit
- Complete the asterisked fields and click change password

Within 24 hours from contract submission, you will receive an email from WellCare providing access information and instructions to complete the training requirements as well as an email inviting you to join Agent Connect, our self-service agent portal.
Step 3: Complete and pass the Annual AHIP Medicare Training and Fraud Waste & Abuse.
Step 4: Complete and pass the Centene Annual Certification Training (ACT).
Both of the above-mentioned trainings can be accessed through our Certification Site

Step 5: Ready to Sell Notification
Once you successfully complete/pass all certification requirements, you will receive a Contracting and Certification Completion email from WellCare Health Plans indicating you can market/sell our Medicare Advantage plans.
Step 6: Agent Portal Access
Agent Connect: is your new source for 2021 business and forward – secured login to Single Sign-On
Refer to the User Guide for Agent Connect to assist you on how to navigate through all the features. (Agent Connect PDF instructions)
Broker Portal: will continue to be available for you to access and view business prior to 2021 – secured login to Broker Portal
