Important Message for Sacred Heart Secure (HMO) Members

We believe you should be able to get the health care you need when you need it, without hassle. To make it easier for you to receive dental care, we have added new dental providers to our network. You can find an in-network dental provider easily by visiting our website at

If you have trouble finding a dental provider in your network, don’t worry -- we have arranged for you to see any dental provider within your service area. This means that you may visit any dentist in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties for your dental care.

This arrangement applies to members of the Sacred Heart Secure (HMO) plan only.

Following your dental care, your provider will submit a claim to us to determine what performed care is covered by your benefits and any expenses you may owe. We are happy to partner with Envolve Dental to make the claims process as easy and efficient as possible for our providers and members.

April 1 through September 30

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

October 1 through March 31

7 days per week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
