Member Services Hours of Operation

From October 1 to March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 to September 30, you can call us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A messaging system is used after hours, weekends and on federal holidays.

This information is not a complete description of benefits. Contact the plan for more information. Limitations, copayments and restrictions may apply. Benefits, premiums, and/or co-payments/co-insurance may change on January 1 of each year.

You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. However, for full-dual beneficiaries, the State will cover your Part B premium as long as you retain your Medicaid eligibility.
